Does Digital Dental Supplies sell to non-dentists?

The products on this website are intended for professional use only and will only be sold to approved accounts. Most of our products can only be shipped to licensed U.S. dentists. Accounts other than dentists, hygienists, or dental laboratories have a minimum order requirement of $150.00 and must pay with a credit card at the time of order.

Does Digital Dental Supplies ship outside of the United States?

We can only sell and ship to addresses in the United States.

How can I be removed from your mailing list?

How can I process a return?

We pride ourselves on hassle-free returns with the easiest and most liberal return policy in the industry.

If you are not fully satisfied with a product, call us within 30 days of shipment. Digital Dental Supplies will issue a full credit or refund, even if the product has been opened or used. For customers located in the continental U.S.A., Digital Dental Supplies will send a pre-paid U.P.S. shipping label to return any unused items at our expense. Just box up the product with a copy of the invoice, affix the label, and give the package to U.P.S. at your convenience.

Because of O.S.H.A. regulations, items used in the patient’s mouth must be autoclaved before returning to Digital Dental Supplies. For all handpieces and small equipment, you may use one in your office on trial; we can only accept the return of one unit in used condition.

Does Digital Dental Supplies charge a shipping fee?

Digital Dental Supplies provides free shipping to the 48 continental states — no shipping charges, no handling fees, no fuel surcharges. The following exceptions apply:

  • Orders under $100.00 have a $19.99 service fee.
  • C.O.D. orders: $10.50 C.O.D. fee. Digital Dental Supplies waives this fee for orders over $500.
  • Next Day Air and other premium shipping services are available at an extra cost.

Do you provide quotes or price comparisons?

Yes. Please contact customer service with a list of products you are interested in or invoices from dealers you want a comparison against. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

I noticed that you have certain manufacturer products; however, I do not see a specific product from that manufacturer. Can you order that product for me?

In most cases, YES. Please contact our customer service department with the manufacturer’s name, product name, and manufacturer item number if you have it. If we can place a special order for the product(s) could be a 2–3-week lead time. All special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
